医療機器開発における全体最適の視点から、研究開発・設計・製造・品質保証・マーケティングなど、複数部門を横断的にリードし、製品開発プロジェクトの成功に責任を持つポジションです。

製品の企画段階から市場投入、上市後の改善活動まで、プロジェクト全体を統括するプロジェクトマネージャーとしてご活躍いただきます。

■業務内容

・新製品および既存製品改良のプロジェクトについて、構想段階（市場分析・製品企画）から量産、上市までの全工程をマネジメント。

・各専門部門（研究開発、マーケティング、品質保証、製造、調達、修理サービスなど）との協働により、QCD達成に向けた計画立案・全体スケジュール・プロジェクトリスク・リソースマネジメント・予算等を管理し、プロジェクトを推進。

・経営層へのレポーティング、意思決定支援。

・プロジェクトマネジメントプロセス改善の推進。

■入社後の流れ

・① 入社後～3ヵ月程度：他のプロジェクトメンバーと共に業務の進め方を学んでいただきます。

・② 4ヵ月～半年程度：プロジェクトマネージャーとしてOJTを通じてスキルを習得していただきます。

・③ 半年程度：独立してプロジェクトマネージャーとして業務を担当していただきます。

【Role of the Organization】

（Immediately after hire）

This position is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts across research and development, design, manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and other relevant functions from an overall optimization perspective in medical device development.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire product development project?from the planning phase through market launch and post-launch improvement activities?and take accountability for the successful execution of the project.

【Key Responsibilities】

・Manage the full lifecycle of projects for new products and improvements to existing products, from the concept stage (including market analysis and product planning) through mass production and commercialization.

・In collaboration with specialized functions such as R&D, marketing, quality assurance, manufacturing, procurement, and repair service, drive projects forward by managing planning, overall schedules, project risks, resources, budgets, and other key elements required to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.

・Provide reporting to senior management and support executive decision-making.

・Promote continuous improvement of project management processes.

Onboarding and Early Development

・First 3 months after joining: Learn how work is carried out together with other project members.

・Approximately months 4 to 6: Build Project Manager capabilities through on-the-job training (OJT).

・Around 6 months after joining: Independently take ownership of responsibilities as a Project Manager.

・You will start with relatively small-scale and less complex projects and, as you gain experience, grow into a leader capable of managing larger, more complex, and international projects.

・In the future, there may also be opportunities to take on a role overseeing Project Managers across product domains, as well as cross-functional rotations based on your aptitude and career preferences.

■資格・経験

プロジェクトマネジメントの高い専門性を有した候補者を募集しているため、開発リーダー、プロジェクトリーダークラスの方は対象外となります。

① プロジェクトマネジメントに関する高いスキルと専門性

└製品開発以外のプロジェクト経験でも問題ございません。

└プロジェクトマネジメント経験を重視するため製品分野は問いません。

② プロジェクトマネジメントツールの使用経験（MS Project など）

③ビジネスレベルの英語力

④ 経営層へのレポートが可能なレベルの高いコミュニケーション能力

└英語力だけではなく、ロジカルシンキングやエレベータートークスキルといった総合的なコミュニケーション能力が求められます。

■具体的には

・複数部門・複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んで統括したプロジェクト経験

・部門を横断した調整・意思決定を主導した経験

・プロジェクトのQCD達成に向けた計画策定およびリスクマネジメントの実践経験

・海外のステークホルダーとのプロジェクト推進経験、およびレポーティングや支援要請の経験
