Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Project Manager or Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a cross-functional technology team. The individual will drive sprint execution, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders while maintaining clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, priorities, and overall execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage sprint execution and track progress toward delivery goals
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, QA, and external teams
• Provide weekly status updates covering progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones
• Ensure delivery commitments remain realistic and achievable
• Drive accountability and follow-through on action items
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and team effectiveness
• Communicate delivery status to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools
• Exposure to cloud-based applications, APIs, and enterprise software delivery
