About This Role

This Project Manager role focuses on coordinating industrial projects, ensuring they advance correctly within set timelines, costs, and objectives. It involves daily interaction with clients and internal teams, managing project documentation, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial phases to on-site installation and post-start-up service activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring correct project advancement within time, cost, and objective constraints
• Interface daily with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication among all involved parties
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including work plans, tests, communication matrices, and progress reports
• Monitor the entire project lifecycle, from initial phases to on-site installation and post-start-up service activities
• Manage change requests, identifying impacts, priorities, and necessary implementation actions
• Conduct proactive project monitoring, organizing periodic checks and identifying potential criticalities before they become operational problems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing contracts, industrial projects, or technical coordination activities
• Degree or Technical Diploma in Automation Engineering, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project priorities
• Experience in managing technical and project documentation
• Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, RTU systems, and industrial control architectures
• Experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors
• Good knowledge of the English language
