This project management role involves coordinating and implementing new processes in regional warehouses, leading complex logistics projects from start to finish. The position suits a project manager with strong analytical and communication skills who can ensure compliance with budgets, deadlines, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and implement new processes in regional warehouses
• Coordinate with internal departments involved in logistics projects
• Lead complex and large-scale logistics projects (distribution center openings, automations, system migrations) from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with budget, deadlines, and KPIs
• Define the strategy for warehouse processes and systems
• Provide operational support to regional offices
• Negotiate with external suppliers
• Prepare area reports, analyze data, and develop improvement proposals
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with current legislation
• Apply new regulations to logistics operations

Requirements

• University degree completed
• Previous experience in operational areas
• Experience in project management
• High level of English or German (written and spoken)
• Autonomy and communication skills
• High analytical capacity and proactivity
• Willingness to travel nationally
