Job Details:
📍Location: Sims Ave💰Salary: Up to $6k basic
⏳Duration: Immediate – 6 months contract (renewable)
⏰Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Job Scopes:
• Site Execution & Field Coordination – Supervises daily sub-contractor installation work, ensuring alignment with approved design specs
• Permit & Compliance Ownership – Manages end-to-end site clearances, work permits, and safety passes (e.g., MOM, factory, special facility access)
• Progress Tracking & Documentation – Maintains daily site diaries, tracks milestones, and documents quality checklists to support client billing
• Variation & Cost Monitoring – Reviews material requisitions and deliveries; escalates budget variations or delays early
• Testing & Commissioning Support – Coordinates testing phases with equipment vendors for chiller handovers and solar PV grid connections
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in M&E building construction, HVAC retrofits, or solar PV engineering
• Track record executing engineering projects in Singapore, familiar with local site safety protocols and main contractor workflows
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
