Project Manager for GRC

About This Role

This project management role focuses on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) within the cybersecurity environment, involving the coordination of international projects. The Project Manager will work with stakeholders across various countries and departments, driving project execution and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. It suits an experienced project manager with strong stakeholder management skills and an understanding of GRC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Cybersecurity GRC project portfolio
• Prioritize projects and resources in alignment with business and departmental objectives
• Support the Head of Department in the successful delivery of initiatives and projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Lead international project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across locations
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges
• Engage and collaborate with international stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, lessons learned, and final project reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in international environments
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management Systems
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices
• Experience in Operational Governance and Risk Management
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
• Strong problem-solving and team-oriented mindset
• A high level of English is required (written and spoken)
