Project Manager Enrollment Solutions

About This Role

Project Manager (Program Specialist IV) to turn Enrollment Management priorities into results as part of the Enrollment Solutions team. You will lead complex initiatives, connect people and technology, and improve enrollment processes that support the university's students. The organization approaches challenges with curiosity, explores what's possible, and works together to find a path forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards, tools, and processes for evaluating, prioritizing, and managing work across Enrollment Management
• Lead projects from planning through implementation, defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and outcomes
• Coordinate a portfolio of initiatives, anticipate risks and dependencies, and help leaders make informed decisions
• Guide cross-functional teams through system implementations, integrations, and operational improvements
• Coordinate communication, testing, training, and launch readiness, then measure adoption and results
• Create dashboards and reporting that highlight accomplishments, risks, and decisions needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship

Nice to have:

• Significant project management experience
• Previous experience in a higher education setting
• Enrollment management experience
