- Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite

Background
At mydentist, we’re on an exciting growth journey and Mergers & Acquisitions play a key role in shaping our future. We’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and help deliver seamless acquisitions across our dental estate.
Role Description
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of acquisitions, working with the M&A team you’ll manage complex timelines, risks, and stakeholders, turning strategy into action.
- Leading projects from pre‑completion through post‑integration
- Coordinating cross‑functional teams across clinical, operational, IT, HR, and finance etc.
- Managing governance, plans, risks, and dependencies
- Driving consistent, high‑quality project delivery aligned with mydentist values
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments
- A structured, organised project management approach
- Healthcare or multi‑site experience is a plus, but not essential
Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant Project Management qualifications are desirable e.g. PRINCE2
