Project Manager

About This Role

This project manager role involves leading technical projects from initial phases to commissioning, working in both MOE and MOA environments, with a focus on testing to ensure facility performance and compliance. The role suits a candidate with proven project management experience in an industrial setting, ideally with knowledge of nuclear regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall project management (costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and safety)
• Plan, monitor, and optimize budgets and implementation schedules
• Guarantee regulatory and contractual compliance of deliverables
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, safety, quality, etc.)
• Ensure fluid communication with all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage interfaces between trades to ensure project consistency
• Provide progress reporting to clients and management
• Participate in project reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and methods

Requirements

• Engineering school graduate or Bac+5 in general or specialized industrial engineering
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in project management, ideally acquired in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of nuclear regulations and risk management appreciated
• Ability to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams and interact with various stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners)
• Rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical and synthesis skills

Important Details

• Team: You will join the Cherbourg (50) team within the Cycle, Dismantling, Defense (C2D) Business Unit, which is involved in the design and commissioning of new facilities for various operators.
