Primary Responsibilities

Project Management

• Develop accurate project budgets by utilizing historical data from previous projects

• Periodically visit all pending and active projects to ensure proper field methods and maintain complete knowledge of each project

• Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs

• Oversee and track all labor on each project, including outside subcontractors and internal labor sources

• Provide predetermined deliverables in a timely manner, including verification of all completed work

• Manage and develop team members to support their professional growth within the organization

• Represent Our Client in all aspects of project operations, particularly standard job-site operations

• Maintain strong client relationships at the project level

Position Requirements

Education and Experience

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting is preferred

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a substantial estimating background, including 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator

• MBA is a plus

• Experience in marketing, sales, or client development and relationship management

• Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or General Contractor (GC)

• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals with minimal supervision

• Commitment to personal and professional standards of excellence

• Position requires working in the office and/or at job sites
