Project Manager

About This Role

This Project Manager role is for an experienced professional in technical or engineering industrial contexts, particularly within the UPS or power electronics sector, with knowledge of data centers. The core of the role involves leading projects from order acquisition through to final delivery and testing, acting as the primary client contact, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from order acquisition to final delivery and testing
• Review orders and ensure technical clarity, project scope alignment, and readiness for project start
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and priorities
• Be the point of contact with the client during project execution, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service departments, and external partners
• Monitor project progress and report status to interested parties
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, delays, and changes to the scope of work
• Ensure that quality standards, testing activities, documentation, and final delivery are adequately managed

Requirements

• Technical education or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in project management or coordination in a technical/engineering context
• Technical background or experience in the UPS or power electronics sector; knowledge of data centers is a strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of English
• A good understanding of the financial aspects of projects is an advantage
• Precision and attention to detail in preparing quotes and project documentation
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Solid communication skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive projects in complex technical contexts
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, meetings, and events
