Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Ensure performance against safety, programme, cost, and quality objectives
• Operate across several live sites, maintaining control of timelines, resources, and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure all activities are aligned to agreed project outcomes, delivering a consistent standard of service
• Manage commercial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management
• Focus strongly on health and safety, ensuring compliance and effective management of all associated documentation
• Oversee project close-out, including defects, snagging, and handover
• Maintain accurate records and support the identification of future opportunities
