About This Role

This Project Manager III role involves independently managing a portfolio of client projects, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of technical and service aspects. The position requires developing effective solutions for optimal outcomes and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution from initial discussions through completion.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in project management or client-facing roles
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and best practices
• Advanced skills in budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and record of implementing effective solutions
• Proficiency in relevant systems (Salesforce, ERP, MS Office Suite, project management tools)
• Experience with GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to support and guide team members and provide project leadership

Nice to have:

• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Engineering, or health-related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Expertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
• Foreign language skills beneficial

Important Details

• Schedule: Standard Office Hours (40 hours per week)
• Travel: May require up to 25% travel
