Project Manager Building Construction

About This Role

This project management role involves independently managing challenging construction projects from the initial concept to successful implementation. You will take responsibility for exciting building construction projects, focusing on industrial and real estate environments. The position suits an experienced project manager who wants to lead projects in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage challenging building construction projects across all service phases
• Take responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality management, as well as tendering and contract management
• Coordinate, communicate, and align with all project participants throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Gradually take over sub-project leadership and represent project management
• Act as the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction projects
• Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and good knowledge of MS Project
• Continuous network expansion and skill and persuasiveness in interacting with various project participants
• Strong comprehension, analytical and logical thinking, high communication competence, and convincing demeanor
