Missions

  • Management and coordination of artificial intelligence projects:

    • Ensure monitoring of initiatives, regulations, and European programs related to health data and artificial intelligence in health;
    • Coordinate the implementation of artificial intelligence projects;
    • Identify opportunities for using AI to improve processes and the quality of services;
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of artificial intelligence governance;
    • Participate in defining the AI and digital innovation strategy of the Health Directorate;
    • Raise awareness and support teams in adopting artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Management and coordination of IT projects:

    • Plan and coordinate IT projects by applying suitable methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.);
    • Define roles, responsibilities, and governance modalities for projects;
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: needs analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production;
    • Ensure coordination between internal teams, business users, and external providers.
  • Needs analysis and process improvement:

    • Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs as well as functional and technical requirements;
    • Participate in optimizing and digitizing organizational processes;
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose suitable innovative solutions;
    • Monitor project progress, quality of results, and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Coordination and communication:

    • Work closely with internal (business, IT) and external stakeholders;
    • Ensure regular reporting on project progress;
    • Organize and moderate meetings and workshops with project teams (business users and technical teams).
  • Risk management and performance monitoring:

    • Identify, analyze, and monitor risks related to projects;
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators;
    • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators.

  • Knowledge of issues related to artificial intelligence, data governance, and digital health;
  • Ability to model complex situations clearly and structurally;
  • Analytical mindset, synthesis ability, and aptitude for proposing suitable solutions;
  • Mastery of project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall);
  • Mastery of project management tools;
  • Knowledge of IT and application environments;
  • Develop an overview, generate alternatives, and draw nuanced and informed conclusions;
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills.

The position can be applied for under the status of a civil servant or state employee. It is open to the transfer of civil servants.

Degrees

You hold a degree or diploma issued by a higher education institution recognized by the state of the institution's seat and certifying the successful completion of a master's degree in project management, public health science, engineering, computer science, or its equivalent.

The required degree or diploma must correspond to at least level 7 as defined by the Luxembourg Qualifications Framework.

Experience

You have at least 10 years of experience in the field.

Languages

Applicable to the employee and the civil servant (excluding administration changes): You meet the knowledge requirements of the 3 administrative languages for group A1. An exemption from two of the three administrative languages may be granted under certain conditions.

Nationality

You are a citizen of a member state of the European Union.
