Key responsibilities
- Uphold core values and project excellence throughout all phases
- Actively engage in tendering processes alongside relevant departments as directed by senior management
- Assume overall responsibility for project management upon securing contracts
- Develop comprehensive Project Construction Methodology for approval by top management, including planning of construction methods, sequences, manpower, and equipment
- Collaborate with the project manager and relevant teams to finalize the construction budget for management approvals
- Review and ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan (PQP) throughout the project lifecycle
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff
- Supervise the preparation of monthly progress reports by project managers in a timely manner
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards
- Lead initiatives for value engineering and cost-saving measures while authorizing site purchases and rentals
About you
- Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience managing large and complex construction projects
- Strong ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
