About the role
Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Team in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
Project management services on projects exceeding $45 million in estimated construction costs.
Project governance.
Project planning.
Design management.
Quality assurance.
Cost estimating.
Project scheduling.
Funds management.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years with 10 years in Pre-Award management.
Education requirement waived with PE or RA or 15yrs related Pre-Award experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
Engineering
Architecture,
Construction Mgmt.
Business Mgmt. or related field
Certification
One of the following:
CCM
PMP
PMI-CP
PE
RA
15yrs PM experience
VEVRAA Federal Contractor
