About The Job Salesforce is hiring for the role of Project Manager! Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and changes proactively.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote adoption of best project management practices.
- Track and report project status to stakeholders using dashboards and executive summaries.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where applicable.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and data governance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications (a plus)
- PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL (optional, but valued)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem is highly desirable.
