About the role
Project Manager – Operational Readiness – France – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Support a globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation at an exciting stage of growth. With significant investment being made into site expansion and production capabilities, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of life-changing therapies while supporting the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Metz on a 12-month contract.
What You’ll Deliver
- Lead operational readiness for a new GMP manufacturing area.
- Track and drive closure of all readiness actions.
- Ensure equipment, procedures and operators are ready for production.
- Support handover from project phase into routine operations.
Experience required:
- Experience revamping new sites – launching and standardising
- Experience creating systems to pass to operational team
- Production or Manufacturing engineering background
- Experience getting new equipment into routine use by manufacturing teams.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
