This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within an organization. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and objectives
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and business units
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Manage and maintain project documentation and repositories
- Drive improvements in PMO processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles
- Good level of English
- Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities
- Leadership skills
