Project Management Lead

Project Management Leads oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across all project phases
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and key performance indicators, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact
• Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Implement and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives, to drive team engagement and continuous improvement
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper change control procedures are followed
• Mentor junior project team members and contribute to the development of project management best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure
