About This Role
This project management engineering role focuses on overseeing the construction of AV, ELV, and FA systems at the construction site. It involves planning, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality control, making it suitable for an experienced site manager with a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
- Manage all construction activities for AV, ELV, FA systems at the construction site
- Develop implementation plans, coordinate human resources, materials, and construction progress
- Control construction quality according to drawings, technical standards, and project requirements
- Work with the Investor, Supervision Consultant, general contractor, and related contractors
- Organize site meetings, report progress, and resolve arising issues
- Check shop drawing documents, construction methods, acceptance, and as-built drawings
- Manage occupational safety, site hygiene, and construction image
- Monitor construction volume, support payment documents, and acceptance
Requirements
- Experience in construction management of AV/ELV/FA systems
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, good MEP coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD for deploying and editing technical drawings
- Skills in team management and handling work at the construction site
- Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Minimum education: University degree
