About This Role
The Project Fulfillment Manager oversees the delivery and installation of modular cabinetry and woodworking projects, ensuring that all operations meet quality standards and deadlines. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong managerial experience in project handling and a background in engineering or design.
Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and completion of deliveries and installations to meet committed dates.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring rework and reject rates, as well as addressing QA punch-list items.
- Analyze project costs and material usage to compare actual versus estimated expenses.
- Maintain high client satisfaction ratings and manage the turnaround time for correcting QA and client punch-list items.
- Oversee the design and documentation process, ensuring timely revisions and accuracy in shop drawings.
- Promote safety and manpower efficiency by achieving zero lost-time accidents and ensuring required training for subordinates.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Architecture, BS Interior Design, or any related course. Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage.
- At least four (4) years of supervisory or managerial experience in modular cabinetry, joinery, or woodworking production, with actual experience in fit-out installation or project handling (commercial, mall, or office projects).
- Completed the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training from a DOLE-accredited provider. Safety Officer accreditation is an advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.). Familiarity with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Homag iX, Cabinet Vision, and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE OSH Standards.
- Willing to be assigned at Plant 1 and at project sites within Metro Manila and in the provinces. Willing to work beyond regular hours, at night, on rest days, and on holidays when required by installation schedules.
