Project Fit Out Senior Executive

This is a 1 year contract position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate from the retail industry to support and manage our Watsons store renovation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate must be familiar in:

1. AutoCAD to edit and prepare construction drawings when required.

2. Demonstrate end-to-end project experience, including:

   • Planning and scheduling
   • Budgeting and costing
   • Procurement and purchasing
   • Tender preparation and evaluation
   • Project closing and documentation

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of store renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare and update CAD drawings and construction plans as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with mall management, landlords, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with regional teams on buying exercises and inventory coordination, specifically for lighting and Eden fixtures.
• Prepare tender documents and final accounts for store refit projects.
• Support CapEx planning and perform related administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in project management. Preferably from retail industry.
• Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up/ 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report Format.
• Able to work independently and results-driven.
• Good inter-personal, coordination and management skills.
• Open for extensive travel.
