About the role
Lead testing and commissioning (T&C) for fire alarm and integrated life safety systems. Conduct functional and integrated testing across multiple building systems, prepare commissioning plans and documentation, manage schedules and site activities, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead T&C for fire alarm and integrated life safety systems
- Conduct functional and integrated testing (C&E, BMS, suppression, smoke control, lifts, etc.)
- Prepare commissioning plans, reports, and documentation
- Manage commissioning schedule and site activities
- Supervise engineers/technicians and coordinate with contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with SS 645, Fire Code, and SCDF standards
- Support authority inspections and system handover
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years in fire alarm commissioning
- Knowledge of SS 645, Fire Code, SCDF requirements, and system integration
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
