Project Delivery Officer

About This Role

The Project Delivery Officer will join the Project Management Office team to help address future challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in project planning and management, ensuring correct initiation in terms of scope, client requirements, schedule, and resources
• Monitor and analyze results, evaluating objective fulfillment, risks, effectiveness of corrective measures, and process standardization
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, executive reports, and tracking metrics to facilitate decision-making
• Control costs, deadlines, KPIs, risks, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle within the portfolio
• Coordinate with technical teams, the Commercial Office, and Management to ensure strategic monitoring and correct application of internal standards
• Promote the adoption and continuous improvement of Project Delivery policies, procedures, and best practices
• Integrate and leverage data using the corporate ERP and other digital tools to improve information quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in technical and economic project management and control or portfolio management in the Earth & Environment sector
• Experience in planning, economic monitoring, risk control, and project reporting
• Knowledge and practical experience with corporate ERPs, such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, including pivot tables and control models, and Power BI
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage information in a structured manner
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Previous experience in international engineering, infrastructure, or construction companies
