Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinators in preparation of project document, in-house coordination between departments and site
• To work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects
• To handle ad hoc project as directed by Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager and department head

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Construction related disciplines
• 3 years working experience construction project, with experience in aluminum and steel works highly preferred; less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
• Work closely with Project Managers/Assistant Project Manager in daily duties of a project’s administration
• Independent and hardworking, self-motivated and work under pressure
• Good communication skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
