Job Description
We are seeking an
AI Implementations Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
AI agent skill development, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration
and a proven ability to
deliver reliable, adoptable AI-powered solutions from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI agent skills as self-contained modules for orchestrated workflows.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions that automate operational workflows from requirements to deployment.
• Create and maintain structured context files (e.g., CLAUDE.md, project context) to ensure accurate, current agent behavior.
• Configure multi-skill orchestration to chain skills for complex, multi-step problem solving.
• Test and validate skills and solutions against acceptance criteria, iterating to meet performance and reliability targets.
• Document skill capabilities, context schemas, and orchestration patterns for team adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into AI skill requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent-based workflows.
• Hands-on work with prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.
• Ability to create and maintain structured data files in JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a build-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent build requests and prioritize by impact.
• Clear communication for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-directed with the ability to ramp quickly through structured onboarding.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or skill orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with CLI tools and terminal-based workflows.
