Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, proactive Creator & KOL Project Specialist to manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will coordinate directly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal teams from campaign brief to final execution, ensuring high-quality content delivery and strong creator relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- KOL & Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end creator projects, ensuring content quality, campaign objective alignment, and on-time publishing.
- Account & Production Support: Collaborate with Account Executives through briefing and production stages, serving as client-facing support when required.
- Creator Relations: Build and maintain strong rapport with influencers to establish efficient, long-term working workflows.
- Reporting & Administrative Oversight: Prepare campaign analysis and recommendations for monthly reports, while handling administrative tasks, contract tracking, and finance coordination for creator payouts.
Key Qualifications & Preferences
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with 1–2 years in project management, account servicing, or influencer marketing (advertising agency experience preferred).
- Proven KOL Expertise: Hands-on experience handling creators, influencers, and talent negotiation is required.
- Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Platform & Trend Literacy: Passion for digital content with a solid understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok and YouTube) and modern consumer trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
