About This Role

This project assistant role in commercial project management involves supporting the EPCM team in Frankfurt with organizational and administrative tasks, and actively participating in the project controlling of large-scale projects. It suits an organized individual who is proactive, structured, and enjoys supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Professionally relieve teams in operational project work, especially in project controlling, as well as with organizational and administrative tasks
• Manage project data and figures using digital controlling tools to support project management
• Take on tasks such as preparing offers and presentations
• Participate in invoicing and review invoice runs
• Ensure compliance with internal processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial, technical, or real estate management training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position as a team or project assistant
• Ideally, initial experience with project controlling processes
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Solution-oriented way of working, self-initiative, and affinity for numbers
