Project Assistant

About This Role

Supporting the Project Management team in Poland across a variety of real estate and construction projects is the core of this full-time position. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and contribute to different stages of the project lifecycle, gaining valuable practical experience in a dynamic and international environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with initial professional experience who wants to further develop their career in project management and gain hands-on experience in the construction and real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of a variety of real estate and construction projects
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality standards
• Support tendering processes, bid evaluations and contract administration
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, designers, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, presentations and other client-facing materials, as well as maintain project documentation and registers
• Support regular project reporting, monitor progress against agreed milestones and deliverables, and follow up on outstanding actions
• Assist in identifying potential project risks, delays and issues, and support the development of appropriate solutions
• Coordinate activities across different project disciplines to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient project delivery
• Participate in project meetings and work closely with experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Project Management department in its day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Willingness to travel
• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Civil Engineering. Students currently pursuing their studies and candidates with a technical secondary education in construction are also welcome to apply
• At least 2 years of initial professional experience in project management consultancy, real estate, engineering, construction or a related field
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry and project delivery processes
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Polish fluent, good command of written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
