About This Role
This project analyst role supports the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group by ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet performance objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work collaboratively with technical and business teams, build strong working relationships, and confidently communicate project status, benefits, and risks to government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Track project schedules, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and other project relevant information
- Coordinate with technical teams, government customers, subcontractors, and internal business teams to support project requirements and resolve outstanding actions
- Prepare project updates, reports, briefings, meeting materials, and customer deliverables
- Support supplier engagements and onsite visits including travel up to 25%
- Assist with Statements of Work, purchase requests, subcontractor documentation, and other project or procurement-related activities
- Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, supply chain, government contracting, or related areas
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams and communicate project information effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, follow through on assignments, and work both independently and as part of a team
- U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, government, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical programs
- Familiarity with Statements of Work, purchase requests, procurement, subcontracting, or other contractual documentation
