Program Manager, Technical

About This Role

This Program Manager will oversee the coordination of multiple technical projects and serve as a key liaison between the customer, project managers, and internal stakeholders. The position requires a strong focus on contract compliance, operational execution, and the ability to keep complex programs on track from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial oversight, and relationship-building skills to help ensure delivery against contractual requirements and organizational expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications
• Manage multiple projects and provide guidance to Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee project operations
• Organize and coordinate planning and production of contract-related projects
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting completion
• Prepare reports on contract schedules and budgets
• Promote a culture of compliance with applicable regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8 years of management experience required
• 8 years of government contracting experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and compliance
