About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Manager, you will oversee cross-functional Site Minor Works and Facilities projects and programs.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
This is an onsite role in King of Prussia, PA at a Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical campus site.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.

Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time and within budget.

Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.
*
Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.
*
Conduct financial or business evaluations.
*
Communicate all project progress and updates as well as utility impairments or service interruptions to Facilities Operations and Stakeholders. * Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.
*
Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships.
*
Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents.
*
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
*
Share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
*
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
* experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
* Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
* Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
* Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
