Role: Program Manager, Nursing Professional Practice Mental Health
Location: LOH Naperville
Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance nursing excellence, culture, professional development, and evidence-based practice in behavioral health.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, quality, accreditation, and IT to align metrics with organizational goals, using data to improve practice, patient outcomes, safety, and workflow.
- Manage change initiatives, oversee NDNQI data reporting, develop annual nursing reports, and assist with accreditation-related budget planning.
- Direct the Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program, ensuring evidence-based transition-to-practice support for new nurses.
- Work closely with nursing leaders to translate nursing-sensitive data into actionable improvements, fostering a culture of safety and continuous practice improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree or higher in nursing
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR/RQI certification
- 3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience
- Performance improvement and data analysis skills are preferred
