Program Manager, Nursing Academic Affiliations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate clinical placements for nursing students, maintain relationships with academic partners, oversee agreements, and promote professional development.
Key Duties:
Manage student placements, review applications, oversee clinical group assignments, ensure timely communication, and evaluate clinical instructors. Maintain records and databases, handle affiliation agreements, resolve issues during rotations, and advocate for nurse education and research.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's in Nursing, Illinois licensure, specialty certification, minimum five years' experience in nursing organizations, excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively, adapt flexibly, and demonstrate critical thinking.
Additional Requirements:
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable; commitment to professional growth and teamwork.
