Program Manager
We are strengthening our team in Program and Project Management at our location in Gebze.
About the team and role:
As part pf the global PM team, you will lead your projects, changes and VA´s. Each of these will have a dedicated team, requiring PM competencies, such as leadership skills etc. You will work with international customers, report to Steering Committee & stakeholders, keep the project KPIs under control and implement corrective actions in are required.
What you can look forward to as Program Manager:
Managing projects with various complexities and leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness and acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners and departments
Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to relevant standards
Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes
Manage communication and stakeholder & Reporting & escalating to decision makers
Your profile as Program Manager:
Bachelor degree in engineering or business related
At lest 5 years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage Bachelor degree in engineering or business related
Ability to lead and motivate others and knowledge of project-planning tools and demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Turkish native speaker & living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
