- Conducting competitive analysis,
- Recommending targeted strategies for the Kerala/Telangana/Andhra- • Telangana markets.
• Monitor key business metrics (productivity, conversion levers, quality, customer experience) and partner with regional teams to improve outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and uncover insights
- Collaborate with central Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to localize and execute state-level initiatives.
• Run structured program reviews with centre leadership to align goals, track progress, and ensure accountability
