About This Role
Planning and leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Artificial Intelligence initiatives is the core of this role. The Program Manager will manage complex AI programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure effective governance, mitigate risks, and drive successful execution aligned with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI and technology transformation initiatives
- Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and AI solution providers
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Facilitate Agile Scrum practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
- Manage program documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and executive communication
- Support AI solution implementation by understanding AI concepts, workflows, platforms, and delivery lifecycle
- Ensure successful transition of AI solutions into operational environments and manage ongoing maintenance activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of complex technology programs
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale AI programs and understanding AI concepts, terminologies, and workflows
- Strong experience in program governance, delivery management, risk management, and issue resolution
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
