Job Title: Program Director – PLM Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Program Directo r to lead large-scale PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation program s across multiple business units and global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise program management

Key Responsibilitie**
- s:Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs from planning through successful deliver
- y.Define program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs to meet business objective
- s.Manage stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering team
- s.Drive Agile/Hybrid program execution and ensure on-time, high-quality deliver
- y.Lead PLM strategy aligned with Industry 4.0, Digital Thread, and digital engineering initiative
- s.Oversee implementation and enhancement of PDM, BOM Management, Change & Configuration Management, and Systems Engineering (MBSE/SysML
- ).Provide technical oversight for PLM platforms such a s 3DEXPERIENCE (3D X) an d Siemens Teamcent er, including enterprise integration
- s.Identify and mitigate program risks while leading governance meetings and executive review
