Program Coordinator

About This Role

This program coordinator role involves overseeing and coordinating the daily Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Support quality service delivery
• Provide staff oversight
• Coordinate scheduling
• Ensure compliance with standards established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), applicable Medicaid waiver requirements, and agency policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working in developmental disability services, healthcare, or social services
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and technology skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, electronic documentation systems, and other agency software platforms
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work professionally with staff, individuals served, families, and community partners

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Supervisory or leadership experience
