Job Description:
Position Summary
- The Senior Strategy Analyst will primarily support distinct transformational workstreams within client Experiences Finance.
- The role plays a key part in ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution across one of the organization's most critical transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include tracking key milestones, coordinating stakeholders, conducting analyses, and preparing materials that support decision-making and project execution.
- This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for a highly organized professional who can be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Senior Strategy Analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners across the organization, helping drive strategic initiatives while building expertise in stakeholder management, project coordination, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Support
- Serve as the day-to-day analytical and coordination support for distinct workstreams, maintaining trackers, timelines, and supporting documentation for its initiatives.
- Prepare working materials, briefing documents, and status updates for workstream leadership.
- Support the collection, organization, and synthesis of inputs gathered from stakeholder discussions and working sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of decisions, action items, and open questions specific to the workstream, following established confidentiality protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for workstream working sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Track progress against the workstream's plan and proactively flag risks, delays, or open items to workstream leadership.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive organizational information with strict discretion, adhering to established confidentiality protocols and information-sharing boundaries.
- Maintain organized, secure recordkeeping for workstream materials, ensuring access is limited to appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- 2-4 years of experience in project/program coordination, financial planning, business analysis, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to catch inconsistencies and maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent trackers and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing concurrent workstreams and multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with project tracking tools (Smartsheet or equivalent).
- Clear, organized written communication skills, with the ability to summarize status accurately for review by senior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to finance transformation, PMO functions, or large-scale change programs.
- Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or internal consulting function.
