Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned partners/customers to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive demand generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, vendors, and key decision-makers.
• Regularly review sales performance, pipeline status, and business forecasts with stakeholders.
• Promote Ingram Micro's portfolio, solutions, and value-added services.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting reports in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of sales, account management, channel management, or business development experience.
• Experience in IT distribution, technology sales, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystem.
