Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG ist ein Unternehmen der Amcor Limited, einem der weltgrössten Lieferanten für verantwortungsvolle Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden veredeln wir Aluminiumfolien und andere Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit als Produktionsplaner und operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
Planung, Terminierung und Feinsteuerung der Produktionsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Rüstzeiten und Kampagnen
Disposition und operative Beschaffung direkter Materialien inklusive Bestellabwicklung und Terminüberwachung
Überwachung von Materialverfügbarkeit, Beständen und Produktionsfortschritt sowie Eskalation bei Engpässen
Pflege von Produktionsaufträgen, Stamm- und Dispositionsdaten in SAP und APO
Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sowie internen Schnittstellen in Produktion, Planung, Einkauf und Customer Service
Ermittlung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten und bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Disposition oder operativem Einkauf von Vorteil
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
Gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und Materialflüsse
Strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
