About This Role
Working in warehousing, storage, and distribution, the Production Worker ensures the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods. This full-time position contributes directly to meeting customer demands and maintaining high standards, assisting in daily production operations and conducting assigned store visits for merchandising, stock monitoring, and product replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in product preparation, filling, packing, labeling, and sealing following approved procedures
- Check product quality, packaging, labels, and quantities; report defects or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in inventory counting, stock organization, loading, unloading, and preparation of products for delivery
- Drive the assigned vehicle safely and follow the approved routes and store visit schedules
- Conduct roving visits to assigned retail outlets for merchandising and inventory monitoring
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are clean, properly displayed, and correctly priced
- Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, damaged items, and replenishment needs
- Coordinate with store personnel and report merchandising concerns to the supervisor
- Submit accurate store visit reports, inventory updates, and display photos
- Check the assigned vehicle before use and promptly report maintenance needs or incidents
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- At least a high school or senior high school graduate
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willing to perform production work and travel to assigned retail outlets
- Physically capable of handling products, loading and unloading, and performing assigned tasks safely
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Able to communicate respectfully with store personnel and work well with the team
