Starting Rate of pay: $25.17- $30.89/hr.

Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift, 6pm-6am on an EOWEO/ 2-2-3 rotation. (You may be trained on dayshift- but will go to nightshift after training.)

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

  • Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machine.
  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material or equipment needs.
  • Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
  • Lift and stack products.
  • Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned area.
  • Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
  • Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.

What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience:

  • No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities); training provided.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
  • Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
  • Must follow all work and safety instructions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • No prior work-related experience required; manufacturing or mobile equipment operation (e.g., forklift, Combi) experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to use a calculator and read a tape measure.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
