Production Support Specialist

About This Role

This Production Support Specialist role focuses on leading digital project management within marketing operations. The primary responsibility is to lead projects and ensure the on-time completion of deliverables for a specific market, working closely with NPI and cross-functional teams. The individual needs to quickly acquire knowledge about brand and product management for SMP projects, inspire trust, create vision, execute strategy, and maintain synergy within the team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and establish on-time completion of deliverables for the specific market in APMEA North
• Ensure effective delivery of all new product initiatives by working closely with NPI and cross-functional teams
• Acquire knowledge about brand management and product management for all SMP projects
• Inspire trust and create vision
• Execute the best possible strategy
• Maintain synergy within the team and with other stakeholders

Requirements

• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in Marketing/Brand or Project Management
• Strong project management skills
• High organization skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to maintain good relationships with cross-functional team members
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to embrace challenging situations and resolve conflicts
• Strong in problem-solving
• Strong communicator good in relationship building
• Resilient, flexible, and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company
• Experience in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
• BBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Advertising
• Graduate in Marketing Business Management or Project Management
