We are looking for a Production Supervisor – Houston, TX
Leading company in the manufacturing of steel products in the United States, with multi-plant operations and based in Texas, is currently undergoing a strategic expansion and operational transformation process.
Responsibilities
● Key operational role with direct impact on production, efficiency, and continuous process improvement within the plant.
● Lead a team of approximately 20–30 people across ~10 production lines.
Required Experience
● Experience in welded wire mesh / welded wire reinforcement is ideal; strong candidates from other metal-mechanic industries (automotive or similar) will also be considered.
● Knowledge of wire drawing and industrial processes related to steel mesh or reinforcement.
● Analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills and real growth potential — not simply an operator promoted into a supervisory role.
Requirements
● Degree from a recognized university/institution.
● English proficiency of 70–80%.
Compensation
● USD $78,000, up to USD $85,000 with bonus (~USD $6,500/month).
Location
● Candidates from the United States, Mexico, or Canada will be considered.
