Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal and fabrication to supervise shop-floor operations, manage manpower, and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day production and shop-floor activities.
• Allocate and manage manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, targets, and timelines.
• Oversee sheet metal, fabrication, welding, and bending processes.
• Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor process quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain daily production reports and records.
• Ensure proper shop-floor discipline and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production, Sheet Metal, or Fabrication.
• Hands-on knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Strong manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and shop-floor management skills.
• Open to travel as required.
