Design and optimize production layouts, material flow, line balancing, time studies, manpower allocation, WIP standards, line feeding plans, and production equipment (racks, trolleys, bins, and containers) to support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Oversee production quality, process capability, and operational efficiency from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production and end-of-production (EOP).

Ensure manufacturing operations comply with company procedures, customer specifications, industry standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage production planning, manufacturing processes, in-process quality, equipment performance (TPM), productivity, and on-time delivery while minimizing additional operational costs.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive preventive and corrective actions to enhance quality, delivery performance, productivity, and overall operational excellence.

Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and apply Industrial Engineering (IE) methodologies to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization.

Review and validate standard times on a regular basis, identify variances, and update ERP data to support accurate production planning, reporting, and cost estimation.

Ensure consistent implementation of company operating procedures, customer requirements, quality standards, and relevant statutory and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within electronics/ semiconductor/ automotive/ mechanical manufacturing/… industries.

Experience in manual assembly or manual manufacturing processes.

Proven experience managing a production team of at least 100 employees

Solid knowledge of 7 QC Tools, including Control Plan, Check Sheet, 4M analysis, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Strong understanding of manufacturing performance indicators and Industrial Engineering concepts, such as Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, Bottleneck Analysis, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, and related production metrics.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Willing to work shifts on an occasional basis when required by production needs.

Report to: Production Manager (foreigner)

Team member: 100-200

Salary: 30-40 million VND gross/month
-
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays), occasional shift working (work a rotating two-shift schedule (12-hour shifts, including OT), with shift rotation every two weeks).

Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

12 days of annual leave per year.

Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.

PVI healthcare insurance after successful completion of the probation period.
